Wymagania
- Student in undergraduate/graduate program
- Available minimum 30 hours/week (min. 6 months)
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
- Additional language such as Dutch/Norwegian/French/Italian would be a great asset
- Attention to details
Zadania
- Reviewing customer accounts
- Contacting customers for payment collection
- Posting customer payments
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Resolving payment discrepancies
- Performing and supporting credit related activities
