Customer Service Professional – French and English speaker
Location: Warsaw, Mokotow
On this position you will be responsible for telephone and e-mail technical support to users of payment terminals.

Wymagania
- We expect Native/fluent French and English - min. C1 level,
- IT literacy (Windows, MS suite),
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Zadania
- Providing support for customers during phone conversations ,
- Answering in chats and on emails from customers,
- Collaborate with other team members for better work results.
