We are looking for a Junior In-House Lawyer to join our team in Wrocław to work on European legal and compliance matters. You will be responsible for contact with internal stakeholders in GlobalLogic EU locations (mainly Poland, Slovakia, Croatia) and local external counsels. You will join a dynamic and open-minded team, and cooperate with our colleagues around the globe – including European Union, United States of America, Ukraine, India and Argentina.

Wymagania

2 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer
Law degree
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Diligence
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Fulfilling commitments and willingness to show initiative

Zadania

Analysis of issues to identify legal problems
Assisting internal stakeholders to ensure they get proper support from local external counsels
Coordination of preparation of legal documents
Assisting in preparation, implementation and monitoring of procedures addressing legal requirements.
Assisting the Global Privacy Counsel in the implementation and monitoring of GDPR compliance controls, procedures, and operational processes
Tracking changes of the applicable legislation
Reporting to the Global Privacy Counsel based in Wrocław, Poland and the General Counsel based in San Jose, California.
