Currently, we are looking for a person who could support delivery of our training program for our Swedish client.

On the position we offer below conditions:

Job in Polish branch of a Swedish company International working environment and friendly office culture

Possibility to work remotely

Flexible working hours Home-office possible

Type of: employee contract, commission contract or B2B contract– depending on preference

Contract conditions: after successful completion of 3-month-probationary-period we offer 2-year-contract which later can be extended to permanent one

Wymagania

  • Availability and commitment ideally for a total of 40 hours per week but if not possible it can be less as well– we are flexible
  • Advanced command of Swedish (min. C1) – precondition
  • Good level of English – (min. B2
  • Experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office software (Excel, Power Point, Word) - precondition
  • Ability to work Independently
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Diligence

Zadania

  • Facilitating communication and training process for participants
  • Conducting calling sessions and providing personalized feedback for participants of a training program
  • Handling direct e-mail communication with clients
  • Reporting results to client
  • Briefing direct supervisor on progress, issues, and feedback collected from clients regarding the training program
  • Evaluating effectiveness of training programs
  • Preparing training materials such as translations and voiceover
