  • IT SKILLS: Description - Computer Office software / Microsoft Office / Excel Level - średniozaawansowany
  • LANGUAGES: English B2 - upper intermediate
  • COMPETENCES / GENERAL SKILLS / SOFT SKILLS: Capability: Communication skills (level 3), Tasks: Scrupulousness and accuracy (level 2), People: Client orientation (level 3) level 3 - helping, supporting, inspiring, crossing aims, improving work, creating new methods of performance level 2 - independent usage of knowledge and skills, efficient and effective performance, pursuit of and achievement of goals

Zadania

  • The purpose of the job of the person in this position is to guarantee a positive first impression on the guests and maintain a favorable image of the company in the place of work, as well as to ensure the smooth functioning of the reception. Reporting to: Operations Team Leader
  • - Welcoming visitors in a friendly manner, host and lead them to tenants’ offices or to meeting rooms
  • - Assisting with meetings and conferences
  • - Managing post, receiving, and delivering incoming mails and other deliveries
  • - Managing incoming and outgoing e-mails
  • - Helping tenants to operate in the business centre, solving their current problems, i.e., assistance in case of problems with printing or Internet access
  • - Keeping contact with the suppliers
  • - Managing inventory of supplies/stationery, monitor level of stocks, place replenishment orders and other ad hoc tasks
  • - Maintain security and telecommunication system
  • - Checking the cleanliness and maintenance of the centre daily
  • - Preparing occupancy statistics
  • - Handover and hand back procedure for the tenants
  • - Participating in company events
  • - Ensuring effective communication with all departments
  • - Cooperating with marketing department regarding promoting sales of conference services
  • - Supporting the sales department: conducting viewings, preparing annexes to contracts, contracts for the Virtual Office service and renting conference rooms
  • - Daily upkeeping of NW apps and databases (ensuring that all needed data is entered and updated at all times)
  • - NW App support - contact with tenants, posting, booking conference rooms, supplementing data, pro-actively looking for partners in centers’ vicinity
