Wymagania

  • Advanced spoken and written language skills in English and preferably in Dutch, German or French
  • Min. 1 year of experience, with preference for background in automotive sector, background in digital marketing, marketing strategy and marketing content
  • Ability to translate business challenges into analytical and insights-based problem statements
  • Hands-on experience as data science practitioner, in experimentation (AB, MVT testing), is an asset
  • Exposure to data science approaches like predictive modelling, customer segmentation etc. and impact areas in marketing a benefit
  • Solid project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, with ability to gain client alignment and collaborate with teams across borders and time zones

Zadania

  • Gather, analyze and model client data (customers, financials, operational, organizational, access channel), key performance indicators, and/or market data (competitors, products, suppliers), using a broad set of analytical tools and techniques to develop quantitative and qualitative business insights and improve decision-making.
  • Lead analytics strategy formulation & execution for a premium automobile client.
  • Work closely with teams across other delivery locations to solve business problems in marketing analytics domain using digital data for an entire market.
  • Prepare customized localized analytics reports including optimizations and actionable insights for campaigns, consumer research and asset adoption figures
  • Communicate cross functional insights and analysis results to leadership and identify new analytic trends/data needs that build the client’s value case

  • Work with businesses and functions to maintain / upgrade existing models and interface with clients on technical and business issues from initiation through delivery
  • Work with functions to conduct scenario planning & analysis and interpret trends and variances and work with offshore delivery leads to build and execute analytics plans and priorities
