Wymagania

  • Very good English (C1) and Danish (C1)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and oral)
  • MS Office (Excel) skills
  • Experience in Customer Service, phone contact with customers, complaints solving, and cash collecting would be an asset

Zadania

  • Timely cash collection for the assigned portfolio of clients (calls, emails, dunning letters, etc.)
  • Forecasting (cash, risks, opportunities, past due level)
  • Building long term relationship with regional Sales, Finance and Customer Service departments
  • Reporting collection activities and presenting progress of debt collection
  • Helping in resolution of disputes
