The role will involve the review of executed documents, analysis and conversion of the legal language within contracts into the structured fields in the data model. Ongoing process optimization and improvement. Cooperation with the teams based in USA.

Wymagania

Have fluency in English (including Legal English)
Very good command of Korean is a must
Hold Law or Administration Degree
Have an excellent attention to detail skillset
Have an excellent time management skillset
Have a strong investigative and analytical skillset
Have outstanding communication skills; both written and verbal
Be IT Literate - with skills across the Microsoft office suite

Zadania

Contract analysis
Capturing clauses under pre-defined fields
Working with all types of contracts ex.: commercial, public, MSA, NDA, SOW
Cooperation with the Client
Reporting based on contract information
Assessing risks and defining potential process and improvement
Data remediation
