X-Trade Brokers is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, and indices). Due to continued growth, the company now seeks Slovakian or Czech Speaking Customer Support Specialist. The right candidate will be a creative, innovative, enthusiastic team player with strong interpersonal skills. Opis stanowiska:
providing excellent customer service (supporting Slovakian and Czech clients)
building up positive relationships with customers
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints (both written and by phone)
monitoring of the situation on financial markets working with the CRM system (verification and completing clients data)
cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments

 Wymagania:
Slovakian or Czech language - native or proficiency level
required very good knowledge of English language is a must (knowledge of any additional language e.g. Polish, Czech, Romanian, Portuguese, Spanish or German would be an advantage)
higher education (might be IV or V year student)
previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
responsibility and ability to multitask
prioritize and close tasks
quickly strong communication
interpersonal and negotiation skills
good knowledge of MS Office Additional (would be an advantage)
knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
