We support them with high profiled Ruby on Rails and JavaScript development skills as well as strong product and UX design experience. We are looking for a Web Developer & Designer to join our Growth Team. Yes that's right, our Growth team is in need of a Tech expert who will drive design and frontend development of our website and visualise our brand materials. Together with our Marketing Strategist you will also analyse and drive a/b tests on our website.

Does it sound like something you want to thrive in? We need someone who’s good with both design and programming and is looking for an opportunity to combine those skills on daily basis. Equally important, you need to be good at things behind the words: teamwork, listening, research, and a will to grow as an expert.

Wymagania

Ideally you are: A good listener, observer, and team player
Able to research, test and prototype your designs
Keen on designing engaging interfaces with beautiful interactions
Knowledgeable about how to manage complex data beautifully
Skilled in HTML, CSS and JavaScript and able to code what you have designed
Familiar with content management systems (e.g. WordPress or similar)
Able speak and write in English (almost) like it was your mother tongue

Zadania

Design, implement and develop our website
Keep learning and advancing your skills by digging into code
Design Monterail brand materials
Work on multiple projects with many moving parts
Use analytics tools to improve our website performance
Be responsible for implementing consistent visual language across the landing pages
Generate new ideas based on your knowledge and experience
Become a go-to person regarding all Monterail website related matters
