Kannaway is dedicated to ensuring the Company’s integrity is protected and preserved while serving its valued team of Ambassadors. The Compliance Specialist is responsible for upholding the compliance of our policies and procedures by establishing and maintaining a culture to prevent, detect and resolve issues of business misconduct or non-compliance. The position is full time and is based in our office in Warsaw, Poland. The position reports to the European Operations Director.

Wymagania

  • Fluent in English & German (another major European language beneficial but not essential)
  • Internet savvy
  • Investigative mind
  • Positive attitude
  • Experience in maintaining hardcopy and electronic filing system
  • Strong planning, coordinating and time management skills
  • Collaborative abilities, team spirit, flexibility and communications skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media, Zendesk, online project management and reporting tools
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • 1-2 year experience preferably in a compliance, legal or banking sector

Zadania

  • Investigating compliance issues and complaints that are submitted by distributors through the support ticket system
  • Tracking compliance investigations from start to finish
  • Sending compliance warning letters when a distributor is in violation of the policies and educating the distributor on the violation and how to resolve the issue
  • Following up and resolving the compliance issues to prevent future violations
  • Administering proper disciplinary action for distributors who continue to be in violation
  • Answering support tickets from distributors about policy questions and interpretations
  • Documenting case findings and determinations
  • Reviewing and responding to compliance approval support tickets
  • Proactively searching online for other compliance violations
  • Overseeing and managing the complaint process
