As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for order & inventory management and solutions coordination to support the company’s success.
- Very good English – B2 level
- Proficient with MS Office Suite with exceptional Excel knowledge
- Attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Planning and organization skills
- Process purchase orders and input information into internal database
- Handle customer inquiries, order entry and follow up
- Manage daily communication with internal department and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipment
- Maintain and update information for all products regarding product specification, pricing and promotions
- Compile various reports for sales analysis
