As a Sales Specialist you will be responsible for order & inventory management and solutions coordination to support the company’s success.

Wymagania

Very good English – B2 level
Proficient with MS Office Suite with exceptional Excel knowledge
Attention-to-detail and multi-tasking skills
Oral and written communication skills
Planning and organization skills

Zadania

Process purchase orders and input information into internal database
Handle customer inquiries, order entry and follow up
Manage daily communication with internal department and customers to ensure timely delivery of shipment
Maintain and update information for all products regarding product specification, pricing and promotions
Compile various reports for sales analysis
