Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:
Junior Benefits Plan Administrator / Nordic language Speaker
Responsibilities:
- Supporting brokers and administrators on shore in client invoicing and other billing related activities
- Collating, reviewing and processing data related to clients’ insurance policies and pension plans
- Maintaining quality of data in internal systems and applications,
- Taking part in work transition from Sweden i.e. taking on new tasks, standardizing and improving processes, preparing and maintaining process documentation.
Qualifications:
- Very good command of English is a must,
- Very Good command of Swedish or other Nordic language is a must
- Strong communication and team working skills
- Good organization skills, attention to detail and ability to seek improvements within existing processes,
- Experience in SSC, BPO, operations environment working with processes will be a plus,
- Experience with billing related processes will be a plus
