French Speaking Customer Service Representative

Job description:

monitoring customer accounts
providing best quality customer service for French speaking clients
practical application of AML rules
resolving issues in a timely manner and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
providing explanations in relation to customer complaints and queries
working with the CRM system
analysis of trading accounts and financial transactions
complying with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations
cooperating with internal/external departments and branches

Requirements:

French language - native or proficiency level required
strong customer service skills, communication and interpersonal skills
previous experience in a customer service role desirable
background in economics would be an advantage
strong willingness to gain knowledge about financial markets
very good knowledge of English
responsibility and ability to multitask, prioritize and close tasks quickly, meet deadlines
positive attitude & self-motivated
stress-resistant
